Daniel founded Serafini Law in 2021 to help individuals and businesses make informed legal decisions. His work spans intellectual property, VA disability compensation, firearms licensing and compliance, real estate transactions, estate planning, and business agreements.
Raised in northern New Jersey, Daniel studied finance and business law at the University of Miami before earning his law degree at New England Law | Boston. That background informs his approach to the practical and financial questions that often accompany a legal matter.
His legal training included work with the Massachusetts Volunteer Lawyers Project, a real estate law firm, the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, and Greater Boston Legal Services. Those experiences involved consumer protection, community legal services, and real estate matters.
Start by sharing the issue you are facing, what you hope to accomplish, and any approaching deadline. Daniel can then discuss whether the firm can help and what moving forward would involve.
